Returns
In case you are not pleased with your policy, we have a "no questions asked" 30-day return option. The 30-day period starts to count from the day of the delivery of the good(s) in your order.
You still have 30 days to think it over, but please appreciate that:
- The returned items have to be in perfect condition*;
- The returned items have to be in their original and intact packaging.
- Custom orders cannot be returned and are not refundable
- Store credit only
Return courier costs are responsibility of the client and returns should be handled through ACS Air Courier Services (Cyprus) Ltd only.
Procedure:
- To start a return, please send us an e-mail at info@orofinojewellery.com informing us of your intention to return the item(s);
- State the order number on the email's subject;
- If you wish, please also state the reason for return;
- Visit your closest ACS Courier station and instruct them to return the item(s) to the ACS Courier Station in Larnaca;
- Once the items reach us, we will have a look in order to confirm that they satisfy the above criteria;
- We will follow-up with an e-mail informing you that your refund is processed to the bank account used to make the initial order.

*Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
